We hope this Blogpost finds you well. Lets get to the recent buying;

1) I was back out to sunny Herne Bay to see some friends who had more stuff to sell. This time I could barely fit it all in my Dads car! Two super nice 1210s and Pioneer mixer (plus all the extras, flightcases etc), several hundred LPs, a load of vinyl box sets, big bunch of CD singles (mostly Faith No More and Nick Cave), Zines and mags (with free 7s and Flexis), Cds and CD box sets, 45s etc. Amazing stuff as always: artists such as Nick Cave, Melvins, Derrick May, The Beatles, David Gray, Green Velvet, Michael Jackson, Crime, Bears, Ho9909, Public Image LTD, Reverend Horton Heat, Wanda Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Fantomas, Faith No More, The Who, Aphex Twin, The Beach Boys, Throbbing Gristle, Prince, Otis Redding, Van Morrison, Peanuts Wilson, Sonic Youth, Bill Evans, Miles Davis, The Cryin Shames, Ramones, John Coltrane, The Nosebleeds, Husker Du, R.E.M., The Doors, Hawkwind, Bauhaus, Psychic TV, The Stooges, Bruce Springsteen, Isaac Hayes, Billie Holiday, Sex Pistols, Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Kate Bush, Tom Moulton, The Gun Club, Genesis, Run DMC, Scientists, The War On Drugs, M Ward, The Flaming Lips, The Byrds, Radiohead, Stevie Ray Vaughn, James Brown, Ian Dury, Link Wray, The Jesus Lizard, Public Enemy, The Handsome Family, David Bowie etc. Amazing stuff as always!!!

2) Yesterday I went to an amazing collection in Fulham that was pretty exciting. I didn't know much about it until I got there, and they just assured us we would want them. Roughly 1500 70's and 80s (and a smidgen into the 90s). Fantastic Punk and New Wave, but they had slightly left of centre taste (her favourite band was Wire). Sleeves in immaculate shape, some of the LPs and 45s too. Artists like Wire (and all the solo records, Dome etc), Siouxsie & The Banshees, Ramones, The Smiths, This Heat, Sex Pistols, Eater, The Pop Group, Talking Heads, Dead Boys, The Damned, The Saints, Buzzcocks, Rudi, X Ray Spex, Brian Eno, My Bloody Valentine, Harold Budd, Cocteau Twins, The Stooges, The Durutti Column,  Heartbreakers, Menace, Alternative TV, The Mighty Wah, The Cure, The Carpettes, The Rings, The Fall, Felt, The Cramps, Sham 69, The Killjoys, The Stranglers, The The, The Jam, Patrick Fitzgerald, UK Subs etc. Decent amount of good Rock (pre-punk) too like Yes, The Kinks, Dr Feelgood, Bowie, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Roxy Music, Rush, Hawkwind, Wishbone Ash, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Motorhead, Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, Thin Lizzy etc. Also a few Sniffin Glues.

3) Kenny and Scott bought two van loads of records off one absolutely fantastic chap from out East. The first van load had Kenny working well into the early hours. It was all Dance stuff - mostly House, Acid House, Garage House - a bit of Techno, Jungle, DNB, Rave, UKG etc. But mostly House music. But boxes and boxes of Trax, Nervous, Strictly Rhythm, Prescription etc. Almost full runs of some labels. Loads of classic Chicago, NY, Detroit etc. Unbelievable really. Then the chap came back with another van of Disco, Soul, Funk and a bit more House. Tonnes of rare stuff, tonnes of US titles.

4) I bought an absolutely huge Reggae collection out West. Floor to ceiling (and a big room). 45s, 12"s, LPs.
