Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! You will automatically be invoiced the correct postage when you add an item to your cart.
Do you take returns?
Secondhand items are usually sold as seen, but in the case of selling online this isn't possible. So we tend to undergrade titles so that you're happy. We also put as much a description as needed for each item. However if you aren't happy with the item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the items return.
I've been charged Import Tax on my purchase, who pays for it?
You do I'm afraid. We pay all the tax our end but if you get charged I'm afraid thats your responsibility. We also have to put the full amount of all items if they are insured over a certain amount.
Do you buy vinyl and cds?
Yes! Please send us an email on email@example.com and we will take it from there. You can of course just turn up with any items, as long as you have any ID. We stop buying at 6pm so if you have a large collection please bear that in mind.
Do you travel out to collections?
Yes we do, but it depends on the contents, whats there and where you are.
What are your opening hours?
The shop is open at 10am until 7pm every day. During the current pandemic there may be the odd time where it may differ slightly but you can safely assume it will be 10am-7pm.
