Huge amounts of buying recently!
1) I went to an amazing collection down in Surrey on a scorching hot day.The collection was absolutely incredible: Soul, Jazz, Rap, Classical, Reggae, Rock, Afrobeat, Rare Groove etc. Several hundred Blue Note LPs, multiple MFSL LPs and boxes, Analogue Productions, Iroko, hundreds of Dub LPs, Deutche Grammophon, loads of out of print titles as well as plenty of originals. There were 5000 records in total and I would say about half of them were still sealed. Most of the records are fairly high end reissues, the lovely chap who had the collection used to upgrade everytime a new better copy came out.
